This stunning Ganesh Himal quartz natural point is hand mined by sherpas from the holy mountain Ganesh! This piece has beautiful mica inclusions. Mica is a principle rock forming mineral, that often has a shimmer and forms in layers.

The Himalayas are the tallest mountains on earth and one of those mountains is Ganesh Himal, known as "the mountain where god lives" named after the Hindu Lord Ganesha, with the head of an elephant and the body of a human. Himal Ganesh mountain range straddles the border of Nepal and Tibet. 

The energy of this Quartz is so pure, similar to regular Quartz but I think far more special and a higher vibration, as not only is it from the holy mountain, but it is extracted from a quiet, peaceful, relatively untouched part of the Himalayas 4000m above sea level!! The sherpas trek for 3 days to get to the quarry in the steep of the mountain, and can only carry back to the village, what will fit in their back packs.

Ganesh Himal is said to ward off evil, collecting good energy and good fortune. It is also believed to assist with anxiety.
