Tangerine Quartz is named as such because of its colour, which is due to hematite (Iron) inclusions that have encrusted on the surface of the quartz. These particular clusters are quite saturated in colour for Tangerine Quartz and very gemmy and vibrant, making them quite a rare find. 

Tangerine Quartz can be a great stone to use after shock and trauma as it can assist in realigning the aura. It is known to be a master healer and great for programming, bringing the body into balance and enhancing energy.
